Who is Ann Summers?

Ann Summers was established in 1972 as a single store in London, Soho. Over 45 years, we have evolved into a thriving multichannel retailer and the UK’s number one destination for pleasure, with 94% brand recognition. We have 138 stores across the UK and Ireland, attracting a weekly footfall of over 25,000 customers.

What products does Ann Summers offer?

Our expansive product offering includes fashion forward apparel, nightwear, hosiery, and gifts, which are inspired by the catwalk’s newest trends to ensure they are unforgettable and leave an impression. We design in-house to develop and deliver the hottest lingerie collections and the latest in sex toy innovation.

Lingerie makes up 65% of our sales, so we seek to create lingerie collections which empower women to feel confident and sexy every day, flattering all shapes and sizes.

Our sizes range from 32A-44H/ 6-24.

Our 18-25 customer
Single, fashion-forward millennials seeking the hottest lingerie trends and sexual exploration. Highly engaged via our Instagram (122k followers) and Twitter (92.8k followers) and influenced by seasonal trends, celebrities, bloggers and pop culture.

Our 25-35 customer

In long term relationships our couples market look to spice up their sex lives, experiment and try new experiences together. They are willing to invest in their relationships with regular date nights, anniversaries and solo play.
